Telekom Austria Customer Relationship Management Project

cS Computer & Systeme GmbH was involved in Telekom Austria's customer relationship management (CRM) project. Telekom Austria uses Clarify, a highly customizable standard CRM application, as their foundation for their approach of a holistic view of their customers. As Certified Clarify Consultants and as part of the team we validated the requirements given by Telekom Austria and presented technical solutions often providing prototypes for specific problems written in ClearBasic. We integrated a document management system (IXOS) within Clarify Version 9 using a direct interface to the database (Oracle 8) implemented as triggers written in PL/SQL. As an outcome a scanned document creates a Clarify case on arrival in the system.
Furthermore we evaluated two different workflow management systems (Fujitsu's iFlow and iOrange's Workflow) to be incorporated into the Clarify system to support a the complicated business processes currently present within the Telekom Austria administration and infrastructure.
